Using this feature you can 

• Create a database of user-defined feeds in addition to the standard DietCheck feeds
• Edit any or all nutrient values or characteristics for each user feed
• Copy DietCheck standard feeds to the User Feed library
• Add or remove feeds from your user feed library
• Hide or make feeds available for rationing
• Reassign feed groups
• Sort feeds by a column header e.g. ME or protein

 

Benefits

Like the animal setup, accurate rationing relies on the quality of nutrient specification contained within your library of feeds. Having the ability to edit the the nutrient specification enables you to reflect what the current specifications are. Up to date analysis or quality control results can be inputted to improve the accuracy of the feeds nutrient database.
